As for the model,I personally think that the models should be more abstract. Speaking of your model, I would prefer white surrounding objects, with no facades drawn,just volumes.The grass could be another paper material, maybe little grayish or sepia, but not green.Everyone will understand that there is something else. And your model could also be white, but because of its shape, it will dominate the model.
But all in all, it is a good project and the model shows that.
