  2. Hello Mr. Velazquez.
My name is Mr. Santos and I am your assigned reviewer for this semester for the class of Architectural Design VI.

I have seen the site analysis presentation boards made by your group.
You covered the main issues as requested. Maybe some of them could be somewhat more developed (your Professor may have a word on that). The presentation design however is far from lackluster: you should focus a little more time on graphic design, (overall look, colors, image relations, lettering - excessive use of fonts, capital letters usage). I understand some of that "complexity" is due to the fact that it was made by four different students but you should coordinate with each other before work delivery. After all, what you present is one of the best tools to sell your ideas (the other best tools might be your ability to argue and the intrinsic quality of the ideas/work).
I am certain you will improve over the next weeks with your individual works.

I see you chose site 1.
I think your analysis does not reflect the choice you made. I don't understand why you chose site 1 over the the other 3 sites. A short SWOT analysis on all sites before decision would be appropriate.
Personally I would choose site 2 or 3 but I'm not the one attending the A.D.VI course, so your choice is a great choice. You still have plenty of opportunities on that site.

    Keep up the good work.

    Best regards,
    Eugenio dos Santos

    1. Thank you very much for your comment Mr. Santos. I have taken into account your comment on my groups' presentation boards and am currently working on a better template to enhance them graphically. As for my site choice, I will update this post with a short description on why Site 1 is the ideal site for my project.
